Our Campaign

The mission of the Student-Athlete Leadership Development program is to develop a platform where JMU student-athletes can intentionally focus on positive initiatives outside of athletics and academics to prepare them for life after college. Your gift, of any amount, will help support the Dukes LEAD program and continue to provide career readiness, community service opportunities, human development, and leadership development to all JMU student-athletes.

About Funds Raised During Diggin'Dukes

One hundred percent (100%) of funds raised in support of Dukes Lead during the Diggin’Dukes campaign immediately go to the JMU Dukes Lead Program Fund (restricted-use fund) and benefit the JMU student-athlete experience.

Program funds are restricted-use funds that can only be utilized by the individual program. 100% of gifts made to program funds go to the selected program and are 100% tax deductible.

Funds are allocated at the discretion of our coaches and administration.
