About JMU Volleyball

JMU Volleyball’s mission is to develop champions, relentlessly, through an incredible student-athlete experience. Our goals are: 

• To become the best version of ourselves; 
• Win the Sun Belt Conference;
• Win First Round of the NCAA tournament; 
• Achieve a team average grade point average (GPA) of 3.3; and
• Give back to our community. 

We have achieved our goals in the past, with winning the 2022 Sunbelt Championship and having our team grade point average GPA as 3.3. We complete a minimum of 20 hours of community service per student-athlete every year and typically go beyond that with last year's number of hours being 542 hours. 

We consistently are working on becoming the best version of ourselves on and off the court. We have made it to the first round of the NCAA tournament, and now our goal is to win the first round!
