Our Campaign

JMU Lacrosse is built on a proud tradition of resilience, excellence, and giving back. Following our National Championship, we strengthened our culture of support by establishing the Legacy Endowment. The Diggin’ Dukes campaign has since ignited our giving spirit even further, driving record participation and generosity among alumni, families, and fans.

As we continue to compete on the national stage and within the American Athletic Conference, we need your support to meet the growing demands of elite competition. Increased travel distances, more frequent games, and expanded team logistics require additional resources to ensure our student-athletes can perform at their best, both on the field and in the classroom.

Your contributions help fund faster, more efficient travel, enhanced performance support, and academic resources that keep our athletes prepared and balanced throughout the season. By coming together as a community of teammates, families, and fans, we can continue to elevate JMU Lacrosse and sustain our championship culture for years to come.

About Funds Raised During Diggin'Dukes

One hundred percent (100%) of funds raised in support of JMU Lacrosse during the Diggin’Dukes campaign immediately go to the JMU Lacrosse Sport Program Fund (restricted-use fund) and benefit the JMU Lacrosse student-athlete experience.

Sport program funds are restricted-use funds that can only be utilized by the individual sport program. 100% of gifts made to sport program funds go to the selected sport program and are 100% tax deductible.

Funds are allocated at the discretion of our coaches and administration.
